Ordering Description



1) Choose from our wide range of items the ones you want. You can find the item you wish by selecting a category or by entering the product name to set up using the search box, top right. Exact dates of products are available by clicking the linked product names, where you will also find links, pictures and other attachments.

2) You can order the item(s) by e-mail (bottom order) or by fax or telephone us. You will receive immediately, a detailed quotation for the goods ordered (at longest 12 hours); we send it via e-mail.

3) Then we need your order is placed in writing or orally, as well as your billing address and possibly a different delivery address.

4) Now you have the option preferred by you of payment (bank transfer or PayPal announce). Our account details can be found in the footer of our offer or invoice.
For PayPal, we ask for a deposit link.

5) Once the goods ordered comes to shipping, please contact us by e-mail with the parcel number and a link to track the package on the Internet.

6) The statutory delivery time is max. 30 days from date of order, but orders the house to leave within 24 hours from receipt of payment.
We will inform you immediatly about longer delivery times, which are caused by custom made clothes or boots after we have received your order.
